Your physiotherapy clinic in Sherbrooke

Our professionals are experts of neuro-musculosketal injuries that can help you in every steps of the rehabilitation process:

1) Acute phase relief:

The first symptoms following an injury are most often constant pain, inflammation, muscles spasms and disabilities.
The objective is to reduce inflammation and pain to gradually return to your normal activities.

2) Recovery of the lingering symptoms:

With the help of physiotherapy treatments and the natural healing process, the constant pain will gradually decrease in frequency and appear in the morning in the form of morning stiffness or at the end of the day after daily activities or work. We aim to fasten the healing process and recover a complete flexibility. For those who are out of work from a work-related or car accident, Ergothérapie treatments can begin at this point.

The objective is to reduce inflammation and pain to gradually return to your normal activities.

3) Strenghtening and return to activities:

Pain is now intermittent and endurance is the main problem we address to be able to fully return to work, sport and hobbies.

Our approach ensures an optimal recovery and prevents relapses.

Physiotherapy treatments are provided in individual rooms in our clinic. We have two exercise rooms: one dedicated to cardiovascular training and one for the complete rehabilitation programs of our ergotherapie and physiotherapy clients (strengthening, stretching, endurance and functional training).

We use multiple treatment modalities, including manual therapy, muscular and osteopathic techniques. The emphasis is put on the active recovery of the patient with the help of a personalized exercise program.
